Great location just a short walk to Waikiki Beach. the rooftop pool and amazing views were highlights of the stay. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. Overall, a pleasant experience with friendly staff makes it worth considering.

The room was cozy and had a comfy bed, which was a huge plus. I liked the kitchenette—super handy for making snacks. It was enjoyable to open the lanai doors and let the fresh air in. The air conditioning was a bit loud and right next to the bed but I got used to it. Some street noise but nothing too crazy. Overall, it was nice and updated, and I appreciated the cleanliness.

The location was ideal for exploring the area. I enjoyed waking up to the view from my room. The staff was helpful and responsive. It was a hassle waiting for the elevator during peak times, but they offered a refund for the resort fee due to it. I appreciated that they focused on customer satisfaction. As someone from Italy in a committed relationship, I loved bringing a little piece of my European perspective to this vibrant locale.

missingWrote a review on Nov 14rooftop pooldecent viewsquick walkroom condition
Solid rooftop pool area with decent views, albeit I didn’t use it. The location near the beach is a major plus, just a quick walk, and some great food options are all around. An ABC store right nearby for quick snacks.
Rooms show significant variance in condition. my recent stay had a rundown suite with damaged furniture and air conditioning issues. The street noise can be bothersome even on higher floors, along with the fact that only one lift was operational at times, leading to frustrating wait periods. Plus, the kitchenette was poorly stocked, making meal prep a bit of a hassle, especially since the balcony was so small it wouldn't hold a chair.

I gotta tell ya, the location here is perfect. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and right near the International Market, we didn't even need a car, caught busses no problem.
It wasn't cheap, but still, acceptable for what we got.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17ocean viewkitchenette amenitiesairy atmosphereroom quality
The Partial Ocean View studio on the 18th floor offered a refreshing breeze through the open sliding doors, enhancing the airy feel. Convenient kitchenette stocked with essentials made meal prep easy, perfect for budget-minded travelers.
Room quality varied significantly. in my last stay, I was disappointed by a run-down room where the air conditioning struggled to cool efficiently due to limited outlets near the bed. Noise from both the street and the antiquated air conditioning unit created a less than serene environment, alongside some outdated furniture that could benefit from an upgrade. Additionally, the advertised views from the studio weren't as picturesque as expected, often blocked by buildings. The aquarium by the elevators felt out of place, more a sad reminder than a charming feature.

perfect base for exploring waikiki beach and local attractions
my stay in a partial ocean view studio suite was made even better by being so close to the stunning waikiki beach and no more than a 20-minute stroll from the iconic diamond head state monument, making it easy to explore the area despite a bit of surrounding traffic noise when windows were open, yet the warm vibe of the hotel and the friendly staff made me feel right at home throughout my stay.

Our group had an amazing time here! The rooftop pool was the perfect spot to relax after hiking Manoa Falls and visiting the Waikiki Aquarium. Our studio had everything we needed, including a kitchenette. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Just a heads up that there are some extra fees you should know about.
I felt the carpeting in the halls needed a refresh as it had an old smell that wasn’t pleasant.

The accommodations were perfect for our group with kitchenettes and a lovely rooftop pool. We really enjoyed the easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our family loved having a place to cook simple meals together.
My kids wished for a bigger pool area for playtime. It would be great if they could expand that space a bit more.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12fantastic locationcomfortable roomlong waitsmaintenance issuesstaff stress
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the rooftop hot tubs offer a serene spot with breathtaking views. Our studio was spacious and exceptionally clean. However, the elevator situation was quite problematic, with long waits that significantly disrupted our schedule. While the room was comfortable and the staff accommodating, the overall need for building maintenance was noticeable and a bit disappointing.
